Ms Keitumetse Bose an analytical hands-on thinker, driven by challenges and never deterred by obstacles and experienced with over fifteen (15) years across the Supply Chain Management function. She was appointed Manager, Procurement oversight on the 3rd January 2024 in Human Resource Development Council (HRDC). Ms Bose directly report to the Chief Executive Officer and provide an independent advisory role in all procurement activities within the scope of the Public Procurement Act and Regulations amongst others. Prior to that she held a couple of positions in supply Chain management in a various organisations include SPEDU, Jwaneng Mine under Majwe Mining Joint Venture and Ministry of Health under Central Medical Stores.

Her expertise lies in optimizing Supply Chain Management through a focus on Quality Management Systems, Supplier Life Cycle Management, Tendering and Adjudications, Procurement Innovation solutions, Master Data Management, Procurement Trend Analysis, and most importantly, ensuring a suitable supply of goods and services at an optimal total cost of ownership. Additionally, she excels in Project and Contracts Management.

 

She is dedicated to continuous professional development, as evidenced by her achievements, includes: Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of Bolton (UK), Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS, CIPS level 6) and Diploma in Tender Adjudication Contracts Management and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in the Public Sector from the Business School of South Africa. The qualifications demonstrate commitment of staying current in the field of supply chain management and procurement.
