Role of the Committee: It provides oversight and strategic guidance over processes relating to funding of the operational activities of the HRDC including approval or recommendation to the Board, matters relating to operations of the funds in line with the set parameters.
To Report incidences of suspected fraudulent and corrupt activities affecting the Council.
